Teignbridge League - Christow vs Kingsteignton Away - 27th February

On Thursday 27th February four teams from Christow played against Kingsteignton away in the next round of the Teignbridge League.

The final score was 7 points to Christow , 3 points to Kingsteignton. Christow winning two out of the four matches, drawing one and gaining two points for the greater shot difference.

Congratulations to Christow. Keep it up.

Wednesday 26th February - Exeter League Final at Christow

Just to inform members that the Exeter League Final will be taking place at Christow on Wednesday 26th February.

Nomads will take on Silverton for the cup.

Teignbridge League - Christow vs Exminster Away - 21st February

On Friday 21st February four teams from Christow traveled to Exminster for the next round of matches in the Teignbridge League.

After all matches the scores finished level with both clubs picking up 5 points each.

Look forward to the next round.

Teignbridge League - Christow vs Exminster 12th February

On Wednesday 12th February four teams from Christow played against Exminster at home.

Christow won three out of the four matches and picked up two extra points for shot difference.

Final score 8 points to 2.

Bowls on Sunday 16th February

Just to inform all members that due to weather conditions it is has thought more appropriate to hold this Sunday's session earlier.

The hall will be open for 2pm for our usual roll up.

Teignbridge League - Christow vs Kingsteignton Sunday 2nd February

On Sunday 2nd February Christow  played host to Kingsteignton in the next round of matches in the Teignbridge League.

Christow secured a win by 8 shots to 2 picking up the 2 shots for the greater shot difference.

Exeter League - Christow vs Silverton Away - 28th January

On 28th January two teams from Christow travelled to Silverton for the next  matches in the Exeter League.

After 15 ends the scores were:

24 Silverton , 9 Christow  (Christow A)

7 Silverton, 13 Christow (Christow C)

Teignbridge League - Christow vs Bishopsteignton - 19th January

On Sunday a team from Christow travelled to Bishopsteignton to play them at home.  

After four games the scores were 15- 20, 14-9, 14-13 and 13-7.  

Christow winning by 6 points to 4, Bishopsteignton taking 2 bonus points for the greater shot difference.

No Bowls at Christow on Sunday 19th January

As many members will be at Bishopsteignton on Sunday, taking part in the Teignbridge League matches, there will be no bowls at Christow.

Normal service resumes on Wednesday.

Teignbridge League - Abbotskerswell Away - Thursday 9th January 2020

Christow played away to Abbotskerswell on Thursday.

Well done to all players on what was a brilliant result.
8pts to 2pts and a shot difference 48-45.
We have never got a result like this at Abbots.
Keep it going we are not going to let go of the cup this year!
