Exeter League Format Request

This season we have 11 teams entered into the League. Do you wish it to be One Division with matches going on until April 8th approx., or Two divisions One with 6 teams and the other with 5 teams and each team playing the other teams Twice at Home & Twice away. The season will go until the 25th March. I would like your feedback as soon as possible please so as to get everything started. Thanks for your help.Kind regards...Rob Gayton.
